The Adventures of Donkey Oatey Book and Music and Lyrics by Jacques Stewart

The Madcap Adventures of a Wacky Knight and his Dimwitted Sidekick! Donald Oatey, an exceptional eighth grader, is on a miraculous quest to slay dragons, battle giants and get through junior high school. This screwball classic is the latest rock-style musical from the creator of "Pirates of the Silly Seas" and "PopRock FairyTale".

Mega-talented 16 year old MJ performs her brand of hip-hop choreography...yo!

The Magic Orange Tree/The Haiti Project

Music/Lyrics/Script - various traditional melodies and tales
Folk tales and songs from the magical island of Haiti, where the wisdom is oral: People hand down their knowledge and express it in proverbs, stories and songs, which we share in colorful adaptation. A portion of ticket sales will be donated to Haitian children's relief.

July 28 - The Re-Bops
The Re-Bops perform recognizable dance favorites from their catalogue of award winning albums. The show is high energy keeping toddlers to 'modern antiques' on their feet while wowing the audience with unique talent and world class musicianship. Come Re-bop 'til you drop!

Aug 4 - The Weathervane Theatre's Patchwork Players present:
The Pinocchio Show

Book by Patrick Rainville Dorn
Music and lyrics by Bill Francoeur
The Pinocchio story told here follows the events of the original Collodi tale. More worldly than later adaptations, it remains a magical classic. With the unique spirit and fun of commedia del'arte, Pinocchio springs to life from a block of wood and gets swallowed by a great fish but not before running into the fox and cat, the Coachman of Toyland, Blue Fairy and many others, all played by five performers.

August 11 - Black Bear Moon Rhythm Ensemble
A Colonial favorite is back by popular demand!
"African flute, balafon, djembe and dunun drums, bolon, and more combine in these skillfully crafted renditions of traditional Mandinka rhythms and songs, from Guinea, West Africa. A percussive, melodic, and upbeat journey into African music."

Aug 18 - The Weathervane Theatre's Patchwork Players present:
The Big Red Barn Three Quarter Ring "Patchwork Circus" Revue
